Thank you for considering our clinic for your pet's needs. We operate on an appointment-only basis and require a deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied towards your total bill at the end of the visit. To ensure optimal care for all our clients, we kindly request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another pet in need. If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, the deposit will be used as a cancellation fee. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter as it helps us maintain an organized appointment schedule and provide excellent service to all our clients.
